primero seria january, june, haora 23 de agosto. sinceramente, opino q este concurso nim sera + realizado este ano, deveria haver sido realizado durante 2018 inclusive (como era desde 2010 q se realizava cada 2 anos). obvio q philippines tene alguno problema para ser sede.
