Cindy Marina is a student at the University of Southern California studying International Relations and Global Business. During her college career, Cindy participated on the USC (2017-2019) and Duke University (2016) volleyball team. She is currently a member of the Albanian WomenÕs National Volleyball Team and has competed with them since 2016. She has been a major contributor to the teamsÕ success in recent years and led the team to their highest finish in history at the European League Finals. Cindy has learned a lot from athletics including, how to set goals, take action, and execute under pressure. Since 2015, Cindy has done a variety of modeling work and achieved increased notoriety since joining the Albanian National Team. Cindy plans to develop a business that combines art, fashion, and people to educate and inspire her community to care for one another and the planet.

Mariana Varela in an independent woman and she believes that every body deserves that freedom, that's why she is eager to fight against gender violence. She works alongside a movement that protects and helps women who are victims of violence called #almiedono. She also supports the Superintendency of domestic and gender violence in the city of Buenos Aires. Mariana participants in discussions about awareness and prevention, and also promotes campaigns about it. She cares deeply about this cause because she has suffered from this type of violence in the past. Her main goal is to promote the equality around the world and she works hard for it everyday. Mariana hopes to make her country proud at this year's competition.

Dayana is a member of the board of directors of the "Akunq" charity foundation, an organization that aims to help survivors of the "Spitak" earthquake in 1988. Danna also volunteers for several foundations throughout the island, and is particularly interested in mental health and helping those fight the mental health stigma. When she isn't at the hospital or studying, Danna is volunteering, modeling, swimming or exercising.

Priya Serrao is the first Indian-Australian to be crowned Miss Universe Australia. She currently works as a Policy Adviser for the Victorian government and has tertiary degrees in Politics, International Studies, and Law. She was born in India, grew up in the Middle East, and migrated to Australia at the age of 10. Her interest in social change has led her to work with several local community organizations as well as international organizations including the United Nations Development Program in East Timor. She is an advocate for inclusive societies and gender equality, who recently started a social media campaign so that women experiencing homelessness in Melbourne can have access to free articles of clothing, nutritious food, and grooming services.

Tarea Sturrup would best describe herself as a trailblazer. Her ultimate goal in life is to help other Bahamians establish opportunities, cultivate talent, and improve the quality of life for her fellowmen. Working with her church has been second nature and a humanitarian spirit has always been a part of TareaÕs character. Tarea has also worked with Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity to establish Pet Therapy at Oakwood University as an effort to stimulate mental health awareness. Tarea has also spearheaded missions with the Enactus USA: WAU Chapter as a project manager in 2016, a non-profit organization is geared toward developing communities through small businesses. She was then elected Chapter President in 2017, leading her team to a Regional Championship where they were rewarded for their successes in local business development (through increased revenue and rebranding) and providing relief for victims of sex trafficking. More recently, TaereaÕs volunteer work has benefited her country. She has been instrumental with several organizations to provide Hurricane Dorian Relief in the Bahamas, coining the hashtag #BahamasStrong. Tarea has worked with these Humanitarian Organizations: Hands for Hunger, one of the largest food distribution bodies in the Bahamas, assisted in feeding thousands during the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, Head Knowles and The Fox Foundation, a non-profit organizations that provided relief materials and emergency services, and Chefs For Bahamas with Jose Andres, where she cooked meals for the evacuees. Tarea also partnered with Washington Adventist University, Maryland to provide a full semester of learning for students from the University of the Bahamas who were affected by Hurricane Dorian. She has been a part of numerous fundraising efforts and initiatives to assist survivors of Hurricane Dorian and has made appeals to the corporate Bahamas and the world to support the mission of coming together in support of the multi-million-dollar damage that has affected the islands of the Bahamas. She has been a member of many choirs geared toward volunteerism, including Voices of Triumph (from Huntsville, Alabama) and South Bahamas Conference Mass Youth Choir (from Nassau, Bahamas). TareaÕs dearest passion stems from working with her grandmother who suffers with dementia. She is actively involved in bringing awareness to the illness and promoting mental health preservation.

Over time, she has become a passionate advocate for Human Rights and plans to become a Human Rights attorney with hopes of securing a position with a NGO upon graduation. In addition to her studies, she works as a fashion model and has been featured in several major international campaigns. Previously, Shanel was treated for a very severe form of scoliosis, and now uses her platform to advocate for others going through this challenging condition. This cultivated her passion for philanthropy, and now she also volunteers with The Nightengale Home for Children in Barbados, a charity that helps the youth affected by scoliosis.

The Cambodian organization focuses on education and inspiring children to preserver thorough any and all challenges regardless of their upbringing. Fabiana Hurtado is pursuing a Communication of Science degree at Gabriel RenŽ Moreno University. One of the many things that Fabiana passionate about is her charity work. An organization she is honored to work with is Smile Train, an international childrenÕs charity that supports 100%-free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care for children globally. Through Smile Train, she has had the opportunity to assist in surgeries, and connect with families and children who were positively impacted. In addition, Fabiana works with a food and clothing drive that is organized to bring goods to the populations damaged by a fire that destroyed more than 2 million hectares. She spent five days to help extinguish certain sources of the fire. Another organization close to Fabiana's heart is the JESSIKA BORDA institution, aimed to help women suffering from violence. Her grandmother was a victim of femicide, and Fabiana's dream is to use her platform to empower and give faith to survivors that they need to move forward. Fabiana is looking forward to representing her country at this year's Miss Universe Competition.
