Nadja Breytenbach is passionate about psychology, and has her Honors Degree in Psychology from the South African College of Applied Psychology to prove it. Nadja works closely with two organizations in Namibia. The first is House Maerua ChildrenÕs Home, an organization that provides a safe and loving home and development programs for children that have been taken away from their parents due to social welfare reasons. The second organization is Side by Side Early Intervention Center, a group that provides monthly workshop for the parents and caregivers of children with disabilities in which they are taught about their childrenÕs disabilities, how to deal with different situations, and where to find monetary support. She helps to facilitate the workshops and offer assistance wherever extra hands are needed. Nadja developed her own project that is close heart, ÒBuilding a Diamond Generation in association with the NDTCÓ. Namibia has 13 Regions, of which Nadja has visited 5. She visited schools and orphanages with the goal of encouraging a post-millennial generation of Namibian youth, inspired by national pride, to seize every opportunity throughout their life so they can become the best citizens they can be. A generation that will fight and realize our aspirations to solidify our democracy; to strengthen our economy, and to enhance the ethos of a fair and just society within which all can pursue liberty and find happiness.

Mehr Eliezer is a first generation immigrant who was born in New Delhi, India but was raised in the Philippines and Panama. She is the first nationalized Panamanian to ever participate and win the Miss Universe Panama pageant. Mehr has a BachelorÕs of Science in International Affairs with minors in economics and history. She is an intern at the Americas regional office of the United Nations Office for Project Services. She works very closely with different social issues present in high risk communities all around Panama Ð including prostitution, homelessness, drug addiction, and at risk youth. She is an advocate for gender equality and has been a strong ally of the LGBTQ+ community since her early teenage years. Mehr is also an ambassador for PROBIDSIDA Ð a Panamanian organization that works to reduce the amount of HIV and AIDS cases in Panama. She created a workshop focused on teaching school children around Panama the values of tolerance and respect, she challenges them to follow their dreams and she serves as a mentor for any personal or professional help they might need. In this workshop she helps prepare young adults for job interviews, revises resumes and teaches them professional etiquette.Mehr also works with refugee camps based at the Panamanian border. She goes with a group that provides canned foods, medicines, diapers, and other items.ÊThe group partners with different doctors who provide checkups for children and adults staying at these camps. Mehr aspires to one day be an inspiration to immigrants, women, and people of color all around the world.

Ketlin Lottermann experienced many hardships as a child, but her parents taught her that with hard work and dedication, progress can be made for anybody. They encouraged her to be passionate about her education because it was the best tool for success. She was always a dedicated student and during her academic career she won several outstanding awards for her achievements. From the age of 17, she volunteered at an institution that provides support, care, and education to impoverished children in her city. The insitution also offered job opportunity training workshops so the parents of those children. At the age of 18, Ketlin decided that to move away from home and attended the Aniamerica University Center where she studied physiotherapy. While studying, she volunteered at the Poliambulatory, a performing orthopedic physiotherapy care facility, and also spent time volunteering at a nursing home. After obtaining her degree and working for two years in her profession, she had the opportunity to participate in Miss Universe Paraguay. Her dedication pushed her to accomplish her dreams and now her goal is to bring her country its first universal crown.

Madison Anderson Berrios is a 23-year-old woman, passionate, resilient and solidary among many other qualities. This public relations and marketing student have had the opportunity to travel to the five continents which has given her the opportunity to meet, understand and respect other cultures. In Puerto Rico, she has actively worked with several organizations dedicated to providing services to people who really need it in different areas. With her social cause, Madison help women who are released from incarceration by providing orientation and motivation to face their new lives. She visits cancer patients at the San Jorge Children’s & Women’s Hospital and CAP Foundation to give them the love and support they need. She also spend time visiting high-schools where she speaks to students about “anti bullying” and “self love”. As an ambassador against Domestic Violence she founded Metamorphosis, a program in which she helps recovered victims to become their better-self so they can achieve a most successful society reintegration. While doing an internship at St. Kitts and Nevis, Madison made documentaries exploring the effects that Domestic Violence has in their society. The city of Toa Baja, Puerto Rico and the city of Orlando, Florida bestowed on her The Key of their cities honoring her social labor and community’s contributions. On her free time Madison likes to spend it with her friends and family, she enjoys boxing, singing and dancing, and the simple things of life, things that make her laugh. Impacted by her recent involvement in social political issues on her country, Madison is contemplating to pursue a career in politics.
