marcodelia97 I’m Negative! 🧧 I’m always kind of positive, but this time I finally got negative from COVID after 14 days of recovery. I’m going to post 3 vlogs about it on my channel soon, sharing all my experience and the tips that I used to recovery faster. My family is still positive but they’re recovering pretty well. I finally started moving again from home and doing MMA workout, while starting dancing, singing, and acting again. I also keep going with the Sadhguru Inner Engineering course, for yoga and meditation, rediscovering myself. My routine is going on too, but I’m more conscious now, not doing the routine on autopilot but being more aware of the things that actually help me and the things that I was doing just because. I’m learning a lot and I keep bettering myself daily. I also got a new meditation cushion and I’m trying different kinds of yoga and meditation exercises. I’m also going on with my reflux and voice cures, while committing on my posture as well, doing also daily breathing exercises. I document everything on social media too, which now is not going pretty well, but I think that in this period everyone’s kind of stuck too. So instead of dwelling I’m focusing on personal development until it all starts moving again. Thank you for all the support guys, you and your tips helped so much passing this!
